You can place an order using any of the following methods:
- Order Online: Add items to your Shopping Cart and then pay using our 1-page secure Checkout. Please be sure to fill in all fields in order to insure accurate delivery.
- Call Us: 508-945-9705. If we’re not available when you call, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Click Contact Us and provide your order details.
Ordering Multiple Gifts Going to Multiple Shipping Addresses Online
Checkout on our website cannot handle multiple shipping addresses. One option is to place a separate order for each individual gift to be sent. Or, PHONE US and we’ll walk you through how to order multiple gifts in a single order followed up by an email with additional addresses and gift card messages. For this to work properly for Massachusetts sales tax, all gifts must be going to either Massachusetts addresses or all to out of state addresses.
Shipping to the contiguous US (not Alaska or Hawaii):
- We use standard ground shipping via Fed-Ex or UPS.
- On any order for (3) or more gifts, we reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge if the actual shipping cost to us exceeds our standard shipping and handling fees.
Please call or Contact Us prior to placing your order, if you have any delivery address questions. Always be careful to provide accurate addresses. Failure to do so will slow the delivery of your gift. Additionally, the shipper will assess a penalty surcharge that we will pass along to you.
Flat Rate Shipping Charges
A $15, $14 or $12 Flat Shipping & Handling Charge per gift will be added to your order. (Smaller “Other Fun Gifts” have an $8 per gift flat charge.)
The cost of shipping has gone through the roof. In addition to the usual annual increases, effective January 1, 2015, both UPS and FedEx implemented dimensional weighting. Because of the generous sizes of our gift assortments and their shipping containers, much of what we ship gets charged based on double their actual weight. What we charge you is still below what it costs us for packaging and shipping.
(NOTE: If you have multiple packages going to nearby non-residential locations, phone us to discuss whether any reduction in our regular shipping charge is possible.)
Local delivery is available in Chatham, South Orleans and East Harwich. The Flat Rate Shipping Charges also apply to local deliveries.
Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% applies on all orders shipped to Massachusetts. Sales tax does not apply to shipping & handling.
For online and phone orders, Cape Cod Specialties uses BluePay for secure credit card processing. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will promptly make things right with a replacement or a refund. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
On occasion, we may run out of an item or an item is discontinued or no longer available. We will substitute an item of equal or greater value in order to meet your desired delivery date.
